Thank you Sisters of Charity Foundation for your support helping CaringKids to address the social isolation experienced by teenage young carers.
The Sisters of Charity grant will provide Joy Boxes packed with toys, games, books, school stationery and sports equipment to 60 young carers.
These Joy Boxes will assist with learning and development and also provide these teens with recognition of the role they play caring for a family member living with a disability or illness.
