Centre for Volunteering Volunteer of the Year Awards Ceremony
Our volunteers were recognised at the Centre for Volunteering Volunteer of the Year Awards Ceremony in August for their commitment to make a difference in their community and to the lives of young carers. It was a special event attended by many community organisations and volunteers, where the many benefits of volunteering were celebrated and the efforts of many community volunteers were acknowledged.
CaringKids volunteers unable to attend the Award ceremony in person were acknowledged with a certificate from the Centre for Volunteering in recognition of their volunteering efforts. Thank you to all our volunteer team for your service and commitment to bring joy to young carers!
Can you spare a couple of hours a week to volunteer at our toy workshop in Banksmeadow? We are seeking toy workshop volunteers who are young at heart, love toys, enjoy helping others and like working with others. We have on-site parking, tea & coffee and plenty of fun!
