📌 Officeworks – ‘Make a Difference’ Appeal 2022

We’re thrilled the Officeworks “Make A Difference Appeal” has raised an incredible $84,480 for us! Thanks to customers, more than $1 million was raised to support 14 organisations across the country. Funds raised via the Appeal will bring joy to young carers across Australia.

We know life’s not always easy for children caring for a family member living with a disability or chronic illness. We believe every child deserves the fun and carefree moments that we associate with childhood. Our young carer Joy Boxes are packed with toys, games, art and craft materials, puzzles, school stationery items and sports equipment.

Funds raised will deliver 1,126 Joy Boxes to the doorstep of young carers across Australia! We travelled to 10 Officeworks stores meeting the dedicated staff and managers, and the National Customer Service Centre team, who donated toys and funds to support CaringKids.

We also were fortunate to host Officeworks staff at our Toy Workshop, working together to create Joy Boxes. The energy and generosity of the Officeworks staff throughout the campaign was phenomenal. The impact of their combined efforts will make a difference and help change the lives of children across Australia.

We were invited to enjoy a celebration at Taren Point Officeworks with all the staff. To our surprise, 14 stores also donated countless Joy Boxes filled with toys and gifts for young carers! We enjoyed every minute working with the Officeworks team and being part of the 2022 Make A Difference Appeal.
