F45 Training @ Christmas

F45 Training Peakhurst, Engadine & Rockdale clubs all joined forces over the last two years raising funds and collecting toys for young carers, even dropping into our toy workshop to deliver and unpack the toys!

The team have come up with creative ways to encourage their gym communities to give generously to support kids caring for a family member living with a disability or chronic illness. From hosting events complete with a DJ, food, prizes and giveaways, they are a team that loves to bring everyone together to raise funds and collect gifts for a great cause.

We are thrilled that the 3 gyms will be throwing their support behind CaringKids at Christmas again this year. Thank you to Alana Corben, Operations Manager at F45 Training Peakhurst, Engadine and Rockdale, and all the staff and members of the gym community for bringing joy to young carers.
