The team at F45 Training community come together each Christmas to collect toys and raise funds for young carers.
We know exercise and fitness is so important for good mental health, and donated funds put sports equipment and hours of fun into our Joy Boxes.
The team hosted a CaringKids Fun Run for members, raising $1,300 and also hosted a second event – a CaringKids Ice Bath Fundraiser! This freezing cold experience for participants, taking part to support young carers, warmed our hearts.
There’s nothing better than seeing people come together in support of young carers whilst having a great time.
F45 Training team and members, your generosity and energy this Christmas and since you began supporting CaringKids four years ago in 2020, is a highlight for us all.
