Easter Sweetness at Bunnings Eastgardens in Support of CaringKids
There was no shortage of sweetness at Bunnings Eastgardens on 26 March, as the CaringKids Easter Bake Sale brought together community spirit, generous supporters and plenty of delicious treats, all in aid of filling Joy Boxes for young carers across Australia.
Shoppers were treated to an Easter raffle giveaway alongside a wonderful spread of cakes, brownies and sweet treats, with a very special contribution from The Avenue Group, whose generous donation of baked goods helped make the stall a truly memorable occasion.
A heartfelt thank you goes to The Avenue Group and Stephen Barbaro, Director, for their incredible support, their kindness and generosity is a wonderful example of businesses stepping up to make a difference for children who give so much to their families every single day.
Thank you also to our brilliant Baking Group, whose time, effort and creativity brought the Easter spirit to life and helped us raise vital funds to fill our Joy Boxes. Every cake baked and every treat donated goes directly towards recognising and supporting young carers in our community.
And of course, a huge thank you to Bunnings Eastgardens, a steadfast supporter of local charities for opening their doors and welcoming us as part of their family fun Easter event. Their ongoing commitment to the community means the world to us.
