When will I hear back about my application?
We may contact you by phone initially to discuss your application in further detail. If you are then shortlisted, you will be invited to an interview. If you have not been shortlisted, you will receive an e-mail notification to advise that your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
Attending an interview
If you are invited to attend an interview, the CaringKids CEO will be in touch with you by phone to arrange a suitable time and date.
Reference checks
Reference checks will take place prior to a formal offer of employment being made. When requested, you will be required to provide contact information for two professional referees, preferably a current or former employer/ manager. We will not contact your referees without your prior permission.
National Police Check
You will be required to undertake a National Police Check as part of the recruitment process.
Working with Children Check
You will be required to have a valid Working with Children check as part of the recruitment process. Checks will be conducted in accordance with current legislation
